Lets give it to him. RTQ does drive and does have a CDL. Forget trying to
prove otherwise because it's a waste of time. Lets focus on the real problem
and that's his unsafe driving habits. Go back and read all of his crap about
driving in snow and taking pictures while driving and then think he's
hauling fuel now. That's the problem. Someone with his state of mind driving
fuel is only waiting for the reaper.

Sorry, Dave, I can't do that. His postings are not the writing of
someone mature enough to pass the required examinations to obtain a CDL
from any state in this country. I am convinced he is a liar and a
fraud and until he proves me wrong regarding a CDL I will not let up on
him.

"1203 back door, I'll keep the front door."

BTW, one of the other company drivers, that I happen to meet a lot, has 20+
years in pulling tankers. He doesn't look that old, so he must have started
pretty early. FYI, I know other people with even more time than that.

As for "Mr. Jet Fuel." Well, his company is going to have more drivers
qualified to haul that, so I might see him hauling gas the next time I see
him.

Boy, it has now been over 3 months since I've pulled a flatbed.

Later...

But we all know that. It's gotten to the point who cares if he has a CDL or
not. He'll spend forever just trying to prove a point that's clearly wrong.
He's done it in the past and he'll do it now. He will never show a
creditable CDL just like he'll never show a creditable trucking job. He
believes that association with a certain company proves he did what he says
he did. It's all up in his mind so there's no reason to waste time trying to
convince he different. I worked for ARCO so I drove the super tankers out of
Vadez AK. That's his way of delusional thinking.

He knows that if all the time is spent on the CDL bullshit it will divert
from the real problems. By his own admission he is handling hazardous
material and he is by far not qualified to do so. He's admitted by-passing a
major safety device in the loading facility which is agaisnt federal law. He
does not know how to unload fuel and if he is doing this he is a major risk
to the public. Those are some of the issues that need to be hashed over.

"by-passing a safety device" Oh gawd, there you go again, miss-quoting me.
I said that was not my truck or trailer and the next time I saw that driver,
he had it fixed.

I am surprised people still believe some of the things you say, with as much
brown stuff as you leave on their computer screens. I know you leave so
much brown stuff on my computer screen I have to wash it off with UN 1203.

I'd love to prove you wrong, but I can't get one inch with you anywhere, so
I have given up. I'll bet you still don't think I won a jury trial as a
pro-se litigant.

Here, I'll give you a clue. The only way I could bring charges against
Beverly Rusk for Malicious Prosecution was based on the fact I won a Jury
trial. Since she worked in the courthouse, I had to go pro-se, or hire
another back-stabbing attorney, just like I did the first time.

As for my CDL, both Troublemaker and Dave Ruff were taking this entire
newsgroup for a ride. They both knew better. Shame on them.

How many times does Dave Ruff have to be caught lying before he loses his
credibility? Apparently more than 1203.

Why do I use 1203??? Well, because, I know Dave Ruff does not like to think
I am hauling UN 1203, so I won't say much about it. Oh, I guess I can say
this. I pulled my first load of 1203 on 12 02 for part of my "Road Test."

Oh shoot. I might as well talk about my "Road Test" too. My trainer asked
if I had "Hazmat" and I replied "Hazmat?" I really threw him off, so he
asked for my CDL and saw for himself.

I know no such thing - it has never been proven as far as I'm concerned. My
conversation with another member on this NG had nothing to do with this.

There's proof right there. Did you not tell me your company does not haul
gasoline?? You'd better go back and catch up so you don't trip over your own
lies again.

No, I said we are not required to wear shave, just so we can wear a gas
mask.

Go back and look up that post. You have been known to screw with people
before and you are doing it again. See for yourself.

So who did you talk to at MANSUR??? Find him again. I'd be willing to bet
his name is Corey.

Here, I'll let you in on a secret about MANSUR. Because MANSUR is based
around the owner's church, it would be impossible to get a job doing any
thing for them but driving a truck, unless if you went to their church.
Even Billy is from there.

OK RT/RTQ I see I let a sentence above go by with a slight error. It should
have just said "we are not required to shave."

Is it my mistakes like that, that make you believe I don't have a CDL?

I'll tell you this much right now. You will *never* be on the "Psychic
Friends Hot Line," maybe the "Psycho Friends Hot Line," but that is about
it.

I've told you, we've ALL told you all you have to do is prove to us
you have a CDL and drive a truck. But you can't. So why should we
believe anything you say?

I'll bet you still don't think I won a jury trial as a
> pro-se litigant.

I really don't give a shit. You're refusal to prove your claims as a
truck driver put everything you say in doubt.

How do they know better? Did they see your alledged CDL?

My, what an amusing story. Pure fiction, of course.
