Ouch. That reminds me of a way to describe a Regional driver. A Regional
driver can get where he is going and back on less than 150 gallons of fuel.
BTW I took photos of how empty the Iowa 80 truckstop was and placed some of

Shortly after I took the photos a Mansur truck came by and dropped it's
trailer by the truck wash. I had to go over and take a close look at the
trailer just for old time sake. Mansur redid the way the straps are put on.
When I first started pulling flatbed for Mansur you could use the rub rails
for the straps now there are rules against using the rub rail.
FYI the IP address that proves it was from the Worlds Largest Truckstop was

Personally I want to get as far away from a truck stop as I can on
Christmas because I have to deal with those stupid places throughout

The only Van I ever owned with more than one antenna on it was junked years
ago after it started leaking gas from the rear tank, it's passenger window
failed to go up and it wouldn't start even though all the lights were still
working you Idiot.

fourth photo I took at the World's largest Truckstop until now. See for
yourself that there are now four photos on the following page and I doubt
anybody can take photos from a location that high by standing on an "old
van."

It was pointless because of the reason Beverly Rusk was using the courts to

was perjured because of four false statements out of four statements that
Beverly and Ed Rusk made to neighbors and police officers about me.
When the State brings charges against someone when they themselves are in
full possession of the facts that were used to prove the State was using
pointless perjured testimony then that fact can be used to prove a "Total
Lack of Good Faith" in the prosecution in a subsequent "Malicious
Prosecution" lawsuit.
But it doesn't stop there. The Mack vs. First Security Bank of Chicago
proves Malice can be inferred where the circumstances of the Prosecution are
inconsistent with Good Faith on the part of the prosecutor so that means all
I ever needed to win a "Malicious Prosecution" lawsuit was the Statement of
Facts on the Mind of the Prosecutor that were used to completely impeach all
three of the State's witnesses with prior inconsistent statements.
The principles of law in the Mack vs. First Security Bank of Chicago does
not give Appellate Court Judges the legal authority to make assumptions
about the Statement of Facts on the Mind of the Prosecutor that were no part
of a malicious prosecution lawsuit because those facts might prove a total
lack of good faith.
Here, let me rephrase that just a bit. The principles of law in the Mack
vs. First Security Bank of Chicago does not give the Appellate Court the
legal authority to make assumptions about the exhibits that were used to
completely impeach all three of the State's witnesses with prior
inconsistent statements because their assumptions might conceal evidence
that proves that it was the probable cause itself that was used to
completely impeach all three of the State's witnesses with prior
inconsistent statements.
But the principles of law that reversed and remanded the Mack vs. First
Security Bank of Chicago didn't stop Appellate Court Judges below from
obliterating the fact that it was the probable cause itself that was used to
completely impeach all three of the State's witnesses with prior
inconsistent statements.
Note: The State knew about the exhibits I used to completely impeach all
three of their witnesses before the trial and they were simply gambling I
wouldn't know the proper procedure to enter those exhibits and they lost
their gamble 12 to 0. Proof that they assumed I didn't know the proper
procedure to enter exhibits that proved perjury and an obstruction of
justice is where Casey Stengel tries to use an objection to prevent evidence
of perjury from being entered as evidence even after the foundation had been
