Subject: Memphis North 2nd Street plans
Today's Memphis Commercial Appeal ran an article about the plan to
rebuild and extend North 2nd Street from Auction Street to the US 51/TN 300 interchange in Frayser. Highlights: - The road would be a six-lane expressway (what TDOT calls a "parkway") - There are wetlands in the way.
