People complain about the Marquam Bridge in Portland being an eyesore...
Glad their making progress, though.

Is that the I-5 bridge across the Willamette, with the funky curve built
into it?

Yes. It's at the south jct of I-5 and I-405 on the south end of the downtown loop.
It's the double deck high bridge with no structural members above the upper deck.

personally like it; it complements the Central Eastside Industrial
