Iowa Highways Page now open!

After about three months of research and planning, the Iowa Highways
Page is finally up! It's still under construction, but right now it has
information on all the US highways and state highways between 1 and 199
in Iowa, past and present. (I'll put pages for the Interstates and the
remaining state highways up eventually.) The state highway pages
include homemade .gifs of highway markers of active routes, and I also
hope to have some pictures up in the future as well.

Feedback, corrections, and suggestions are welcome! If you have any
photos (preferably in .jpg or .gif format) of Iowa roads, I'd be more
than happy to look at them and possibly put them up on the page.
