In an effort to introduce our company and offer our services, below please find
a brief company profile.

We are marine insurance brokers, established in 1988. One hundred percent of
our business is ocean marine insurance and reinsurance. We broker all classes
of marine insurance - Hull & Machinery, Protection & Indemnity, Charterer's
Liability, Port Risks, Cargo, Shipbrokers and Freight Forwarders Professional
Liability, Commercial general Liability, Loss of Commission, Export Credit,
U.S. Customs Bonds and any other marine related insurance.

Also note that we are involved in effecting insurances necessary to take
vessels to demolition. These can include Port Risk Insurance, Voyage
Insurance, Pollution Insurance ( including COFR's for U.S. Waters- Certificates
of Financial Responsibility - annual or temporary (min. 30 days)), and Crew
Accident Insurance for vessels under own power. We place insurance for between
30 to 60 vessels a year depending on what our clients are doing. We have
placed insurance on everything from military surplus vessels to VLCC's for
their final voyage to breaking facilities.

Our access to local and international underwriting facilities allows us to
obtain very competitive rates. We would be pleased to work with you concerning
any of your marine insurance needs.
