Fred Kyburz's unsuccessful use of your constructive notice method as a
defense in his driving without insurance case was written up in the
Calgary's News and Entertainment Weekly. It seems like Fred has
nothing to do with you now?
Jean Portueau was supposed to be a test case for your constructive
notice method. But after he got convicted of tax evasion you acted
like he never existed.
Clifford Hanna used your straw man method word for word, even copying
the affidavit you posted on your website. After he got convicted of
tax evasion you said he was "not mentally equipped to carry out the
Warman method."
In September of 2005 you bragged on this NG about Cameron Hardy's use
of your straw man method. Now you act like the appeal judge's
backhanded dismissal of your insane method is a victory!
This of course is to say nothing of the three times you have
