What Rosie and all the ideologically driven fools do is cherry pick
the evidence till they find a solution that suits their needs.

And just what is his motivation to expose the truth about the income
tax fraud when he admittedly knew he would lose and spend time in
jail?
He has NEVER claimed to have a way out of paying taxes and NEVER
advised anyone to follow any strategy to do so.
He simply is exposing the lie of the twisted manner in which the
average American selling their labor has been frauded into paying a
tax they DO NOT OWE.

Larken Rose of Hollywood, Pennsylvania was sentenced in federal
district court to 15 months imprisonment for failing to file tax
returns for the years 1998 -2002, the Justice Department and Internal
Revenue Service (IRS) announced today. In compliance with Judge
Michael M. Baylson's admonition following Rose's conviction in August,
Rose submitted delinquent tax returns for the years 1997-2004 and paid
a substantial deposit to the IRS toward his outstanding tax liability.
The court sentenced Rose to one year of supervised release following
his prison term and ordered Rose to pay a fine of $10,000 and all
taxes, interest, and penalties he owes to the IRS.
"People who intentionally fail to file returns or pay taxes as
required by law can expect to face criminal prosecution, conviction
and imprisonment," said Eileen J. O'Connor, Assistant Attorney General
for the Justice Department's Tax Division. "And they will still be
required to pay the taxes they tried to avoid, plus interest and
penalties."
Rose, a former co-owner of a medical transcription business, was
convicted by a jury in August 2005 of five counts of willfully failing
to file federal income tax returns. The evidence at trial established
that Rose did not file returns for 1998-2002 despite earning $500,000
in income during those years. Rose claimed that he did not file
returns for those five years because he believed that income he earned
in the U.S. was not taxable according to Internal Revenue Code (IRC)
Section 861. The evidence, however, showed that Rose received more
than a dozen notices from the IRS rejecting his Section 861 argument
and that he received more than ten letters from members of Congress
notifying him that his Section 861 argument was invalid. In addition,
Rose admitted that he was aware of two court cases rejecting his
Section 861 tax scam.

goes a small thing for you to consider.
The free fall of any object is subject to begin with two terms that are
associated with "friction" forces. One is dependent on the first power
of the velocity (similar to a laminar viscous flow of a fluid past an
object) and the second is a more severe term dependent on the second
power of the velocity (similar to a turbulent flow of a fluid past an
object). Any large object will achieve a limiting velocity very quickly.
Even a "streamlined" object will achieve limiting velocity very quickly
(a matter of several seconds.) Which aspect of free fall does your
feeble mind insist was in play. The huge object that was a floor of the
WTC collapsing when the structural members failed and the huge pulse of
air pressure caused the succeeding floors to fail even before some
contact with the lower floor was made is almost certainly beyond your
ken. Don't try to support poorly organized theories of the collapse when
you have demonstrated repeatedly in this NG that your comprehension of
physics is close to nil.

to the circuit court and then refuse to obey the ruling of the courts so
we can be rid of you while you serve your prison term. I suspect that
you haven't the cojones to pursue this case as you know you will lose
and surely not only have your bank account attached for paying the taxes
and maybe even spend some jail time for attempts to commit criminal fraud.

A few times in the past I made the mistake of reading the references you
cited. What a hopeless waste of time. They were either total scams or
some crazed individual who believes he understands the laws of this
country or the laws of science but is just crazed. I no longer will
waste my time reading the stuff you reference. In several cases the
references were just intentional lies. Consider those hoaxes about the
waiting concentration camps that you testified to. Based on the reports
of those people who lived close enough to the places you claimed existed
and found nothing of the things you claimed I see that you will also aid
