The madness of a desire to use nuclear weapons to prevent their use
must have been fashioned in an "Älice in Wonderland" type of amusement
park.
The reality of such madness is that the authors of that incredibly
shortsighted argument actually failed to understand that "the first
use of any such weapons shall provoke the entire use of all such
weapons", or they actually wish (And there exists available argument
to suggest such is entirely possible.) to provoke the all-out use of
all nuclear and other weapons of mass murder.
After such use, what will remain of concepts such as "Values", A
Worthwhile Future" and all of the other soft -slung "Keep the sheep
quiet!" mantras that are utilized to keep citizens in line . . and
obediently paying taxes to support such madness when it is demanded of
them?
Speaking of which . . .
The Tax Refusal is built on one argument:
That "The Rule Of Law" is based on the duty of all to
refuse to be party to murder.
Indeed:
"Äll have a lawful duty to refuse to support their society if that
society is participating in plans and preparations that are predicated
on a will and capacity to be party to mass murder."
Ergo: The Tax Refusal can't be defeated.
It continues to grow and shall achieve its stated goal.
