Haven't we heard similar words from President Bush with respect to his
claim that "Torture, when performed by Americans on others, isn't
torture, its a necessary act to protect America"? (Or some very
similar wording.)
Wasn't Kietel and similar war criminals hung in the aftermath of the
Nuremberg Trials?
Were they not prosecuted at those trials none other than Associate
Justice of the United States Supreme Court the Honourable Robert H.
Jackson who was asked by President Truman to be the Chief Prosecutor
for the Allies at those trials?
Didn't America claim, in the aftermath of the madness of WW2, that the
point of the Nuremberg Trials and the subsequent establishment of the
Nuremberg Principles was to deter all future "Leaders" from believing
they could get away with committing "Crimes Against Humanity"?
Speaking of which . . .
The Tax Refusal is built on one argument:
That "The Rule Of Law" is based on the duty of all to
refuse to be party to murder.
Indeed:
"Äll have a lawful duty to refuse to support their society if that
society is participating in plans and preparations that are predicated
on a will and capacity to be party to mass murder."
Ergo: The Tax Refusal can't be defeated.
It continues to grow and shall achieve its stated goal.
