It sounds good, Shrubexterminator, but the Cayer
win is just bait for the IRS to extract even more money
from the ignorant people in a giant sting operation.
The income tax does not depend upon law to
enforce its edicts, it depends wholly upon
the "policy" of the slave master to enforce
the income tax upon people.
Income tax cases are just "contract of servitude"
enforcement adjudications, and as such, do not
set any precedents. Each contract of servitude
is a separate and private contract.
What contract of servitude? It is the slave contract
that exists (assumed) between the "legal name"
slave (and the human who ignorantly accepts that
he is one and the same as that "legal name"), the
name found on the birth certificate, and the master,
the State (USA) and Crown (Kanuckistan).
