USE NUCLEAR WEAPONS TO END THE PURPORTED THREAT IRAN POSES TO THEIR
WILL AND DETERMINATION TO MURDER MILLIONS WITH THEIR NUCLEAR AND OTHER
WEAPONS OF MASS MURDER, IF NEED BE, IN ORDER TO CONTROL, FOR THEIR
PURPOSES, PROFITS AND USE, THE REMAINING OIL AND NATURAL GAS IN THE
MIDDLE-EAST, INCLUDING IRAN:
Expressing Humanity's concerns regarding the threat posed to
international peace due to the greed driven madness of America's and
Israel's current "Leaders"":
HUMANITY, GRANTED A VOICE IN THIS MATTER VIA THE INTERVENTION
OF INTERNATIONAL HUMANITY HOUSE AND ITS MEDIA VOICE VIA "Your
Neighborhood Network" ( http://www.ynn.info ) and "The Tax
Refusal" ( http://www.taxrefusal.com )
implements the following resolution and asserts and vows to have all
act on the following resolution:
Expressing the outrage of Humanity regarding the threat posed to
international peace,
stability in the Middle East, and the vital national security
interests of ALL HUMAN
BEINGS by such as the United States, Israel and their like-minded
supporters
determination to murder millions in the Middle-East, if need be, in
order to further feed
their infection by the madness of greed:

LARGE:
1ST CONGRESS
1ST Session

Expressing the sense and common concerns of Humanity regarding the
threat posed to
international peace, stability in the Middle East, and the vital and
personal security
interests of all Human Beings posed by the United States and Israel's
pursuit of a
worldwide nuclear weapons hegemony and their collective threat to use
such for their
purposes, profits and use, AT ANY TIME OF THEIR CHOOSING.
BEFORE THE WHOLE OF HUMANITY:
July 4, 2008 - Being the first day of Humanity's liberation from the
threats posed to all
fellow Human Beings on behalf of America and Israel by such as Mr.
ACKERMAN (for himself and Mr. PENCE) who submitted the above
resolution ( H. CON. RES. 362 ), which was
referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs;

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
Whereas Iran is a party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of
Nuclear Weapons (NPT);
Whereas Iran has foresworn the acquisition of nuclear weapons by
ratification of the NPT, and is legally bound to declare and place all
its nuclear activity under constant monitoring by the International
Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and has declared and placed all of its
nuclear activity under constant monitoring by the International
Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA);
Whereas for nearly 20 years, in clear concert with its explicit
obligations under the NPT, Iran has fully co-operated with all
requirements posed upon it by such as the IAEA;
Whereas the IAEA has confirmed that Irans's efforts to secure a viable
nuclear industry
to replace the oil that it shall soon lack, should it not end its
current exports of that
valuable commodity, is in keeping with all requirements posed by that
organization and
that Iran's nuclear program is visibly directed towards the production
of electric energy
via such means and for no other purpose;
Whereas the existence of America's and Israel's nuclear arsenals and
the stated
willingness of those nations to wilfully and criminally use those
arsenals to further
augment the needs of their collective and individual greed including
that of their
political and corporate elite, poses a grave threat to international
peace and security by
fundamentally altering and destabilizing the strategic balance in the
Middle East and the
whole of the world and severely undermining and rendering meaningless
the global
nonproliferation regime;
Whereas America's and Israel's overt and wilfully criminal attacks
against defenceless
mothers and their children, worldwide, raise the possibility and
extreme probability that
their infection by the madness of greed for absolute power over all
shall lead them to
use their nuclear and other weapons of mass murder against yet more
defenceless mothers, fathers, their children and all others who can be
said to somehow threaten the forceful and
"cost-effective" military supported expression of their collective
greed for "MORE!" of
everything, including land and oil without which their determination
to maintain the
facade of "Sustainable Growth" falls flat on its unsustainable face;
Whereas America and Israel continue to develop ballistic missile
technology and ballistic anti- missile technology and continue to
field yet more intercontinental ballistic missiles suited exclusively
to the delivery of nuclear and other weapons of mass murder upon
defenceless citizens of any and all nations that refuse to accede to
their demands that they make available their oil and other natural
resources at prices dictated by America's and Israel's corporate
interests, without which America's and Israel's collective greed for
"MORE!" will come face to face with the reality of steadily
diminishing "Natural Resources";
Whereas Iran has a right under its obligations as a signatory to the
NPT to seek an
ability and capacity to enrich uranium to feed its nuclear energy
program, without which
it may as well immediately curtail its exports of oil and retain its
remaining reserves
of oil and natural gas to meet the long term needs of its own
population, and let America
and Israel learn how to do with "LESS!" as opposed to threatening to
murder the rest of
Humanity in order that the needs of their collective greed for "MORE!"
be met;
Whereas America and Israel have consistently refused all offers by
Iran to meet and
discuss all matters and do so without pre-conditions;
Whereas America and Israel have relentlessly threatened and demanded
of Iran that it subject itself to purported "Negotiations" with "Pre-
Conditions" as set out by America and Israel;
Whereas as a result of a growing fear of America's and Israel's stated
determination to
use their nuclear arsenals against Iran and any who would help that
nation defend itself
against such acts of aggression, the international community has been
unwillingly forced
to impose sanctions against Iran over the past 2 years, sanctions that
have begun to
have an impact on the Iranian economy and now threaten the health and
welfare of millions
of defenceless mothers and their children which, similar to the United
Nations sanctions
against Iraq, will result in the deaths of millions of those children
and their mothers;
Whereas America's and Israel's threats to use their nuclear weapons
against
defenceless fellow human beings is outpacing the slow development of
Humanity's determination to effectively confront America's and
Israel's collective greed for "MORE!" ;
Whereas America and Israel have used their banking systems to render
America's dollars
worthless in a ploy to have oil producing nations part with a valuable
commodity, oil, in
return for those now increasingly useless bits of paper;
Whereas it is entirely possible and, most likely, extremely probable,
that America's and Israel's purported "elite" were behind the bombing
of the World Trade center and related targets on September 11, 2001;
Whereas America and Israel are further destabilizing the Middle East
by underwriting a
massive sanctions campaign, supported by their collective
determination to use their
nuclear arsenals and mass murder millions in order that their
Political, Industrial,
Military, and "Power Over All" goals be met;
Whereas through these efforts, America and Israel seek to establish
regional hegemony,
threaten longstanding friends and allies of all peace loving nations
in the Middle East,
and endangers Humanity's vital interests, worldwide; and
Whereas nothing in this resolution shall be construed as an
authorization of the use of
force against the criminals and mass murderers now guiding America and
Israel:
Now, therefore, be it
Resolved this July 4, 2008 by Humanity (International Humanity House
concurring),
That Humanity (International Humanity House concurring), --
(1) Declares that preventing America and Israel from using their
nuclear weapons
capability against defenceless fellow Human Beings, through all
appropriate economic,
political, and diplomatic means, is vital to the interests of the
whole of Humanity and
must be dealt with urgently;
(2) Urges all of Humanity, in the strongest of terms, to immediately
act on their lawful duty to refuse to aid, abet, fund or otherwise
support or pay taxes to each and every society now participating in
plans and preparations that are predicated on a certain will and
capacity to use nuclear and other weapons of mass murder against
fellow defenceless Human Beings.
With all hope for a safer, saner and more caring world.

principles sufficient to act on your lawful duty to refuse to support
a society that is participating in plans and preparations that are
predicated on a will and capacity to mass murder your useless and
defenceless sort. (Assumimg that you are so cowardly as to be unable
to reject such a society, even though you are cursed, everyday, with
