serious allegations have been made against Charles Martyn-Hemphill
that he helped orchestrate one of the biggest tax avoidance schemes in
recent UK history, depriving the UK treasury of more than $100 million
in revenue.
It has been alleged that Martyn-Hemphill (a/k/a Mr. ZAM) along with
supertrustee PETER FERBRACHE of MOURANT OZANNES Guernsey, avoided more
than $100 million in taxes otherwise due the UK Treasury by hiding it
in supersecret accounts in Guernsey at the KLEINWORT BENSON Bank.
The original source of the money: the WESTFARMERS/LUMLEY INSURANCE
giant of Australia.
Martyn-Hemphill alleged reward: $22 million to help start his own
investment company, SPENCER HOUSE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, which failed in
a little more than 3 years even with the help of LORD JACOB
ROTHSCHILD.
This apparently is what Justice Tugenhat doesn't want UK citizens to
know in his landmark ruling ZAM v CFW & TFW that moves to censor the
internet in the UK.
This is the first time in history that a UK judge has censored the
internet, according to the Guardian Newspaper of London.
Can someone in Parliament step up and break the chains of censorship?
