Required Minimum Withdrawl At Age 70 Question

Hello,

Regarding the required Minimum Distributions" from IRA's, and other
retirement accounts like TIAA/CREF that one must take out when reaching 70:

Is the amount that is required influenced by your wife's age ?

Or, any other factors not too obvious for someone at my age perhaps ?

The standard table that most of us are required to use take that into
account. However, if your spouse is 10 or more years younger, you must use a
different table that takes that fact into account.
