This year I went through the usual interview process in
Turbotax Premier and checked the box entitled "I sold or
disposed of this property in 2002." I expected that this
would lead to interview questions about the sales price of
the house, which would flow to a capital gains calculation.
Instead, the program never asked anything about the sale and
I can't figure out where to enter the information. Turbotax
support has been utterly useless.
Does anybody know how to do this?
Thanks,
David C.

I have never used Turbo Tax, but the form you are looking
for is form 4797, to report sale of rental property. Does
that help?
