Planet warms up, that means that humans are warming up the planet. If I
say humans are not warming the planet, and that means I'm claiming that

Interglacials, such as the one we are in, last from 10 to 15 thousand
years. This one started 10 to 15 thousand years ago, depending on your
expert of choice.

Interglacials tend to end abruptly. I certainly hope humans /can/ warm
the planet.

pointed out that even they admit being funded by oil company money on their
website, the conversation ended abruptly.

I was pointing out that the motivation of the speaker is quite separate
from his argument. The validity of his argument is determined by the
argument itself, and not the speakers motives.

The motive of the speaker is a separate issue. Gore's argument falls
apart. Gore says what he says because he's paid by the Communist Chinese
to do so.

The oil company's argument does NOT fall apart. The oil companies say
what they say because it is in their economic interest.

You don't get the concept, but then, you're a fucking ape, and an
annoying one at that, aren't you?

He learned those tactics from gunner. It makes them think that they
have somehow "won" a conversation when they change the topic
completely and start calling people names.

But in stu's feeble mind, it's all about algore, the communist that he
sees in his closet at night, and his irrational thought processes. If
you want to play with him, go ahead. Things are pretty fucked up
around here right now, so I don't have the time to waste.

BTW, he's killfiled for 60 days and knows it. I've found out that, if
you killfile about three people and filter any posts to more than two
groups, you can eliminate about 75 percent of the posts to this ng and
most of what's left is pretty close to on topic.

Well, I added a Bozo Filter to my newsreader, Pan, so I still get to see
their nonsense when I'm bored. I still find it astonishing that these
crazymotherfuckers can spout the same bullshit day after day without shame.

This is not just an opinion but bald-faced lies. We're not having a
difference of opinion but these are supposedly sentient, thinking, adults

There is no defense for global warming denial, none. Sure, like always
htere are a few scumbags who sell their reputed authority for a few bucks.

still deny the holocaust, evolution, a round earth, universe, and claims
