The inner bark of native willows, fresh, will help with the pain, as
will raw tears of the poppy and the clear 'mucus' at the base
of growing cattails.

Starting now, take several doses of a natural anti-biotic like
goldenseal, echinacea, or oregon grape root over a 6 hour period.

This is something you need help with (like sex :-). Get someone
and a pair of pliers and after you have stoked up on the pain stuff,
have them put you out by cutting off the blood to your head after
the fashion you learned in 3rd grade.

They need to work it gently back and forth for a while, then push
IN and twist as they pull it out.

Keep the wound clean with salt water and stop any excess bleeding by
stuffing the wound with sterile cloth/sturdy paper.

Continue with the anti-biotic for several days and drink lots of water.
(use more pain stuff if you need)

(you can lessen the overall discomfort and make the extraction easier
by working the tooth back and forth in cycles when the pain peaks)

My sympathies...

AC
