Simple solution - drive the illegal aliens out and stop out-sourcing
jobs. Americans will take care of themselves.

Thirty years ago the immigrants being brought in large waves as
"operators" (factory workers) in our California wafer fabrication
facilities were unable to read simple instructions in English.
Efforts were made to translate simple English into Tagalog and other
immigrant languages. Then we discovered these immigrants had never been
trained in basic mathematics, or basic reasoning.
It became a real chore to attempt to explain that an epi implant had
something to do with "it like pounding arrow tip, poison, into big
tree, make it change" and most engineers I knew simply said to the
trainers "You figure out how to talk to these Third World monkeys.":
The situation is vastly worse today, with factories having to make sure
that the girlfriends and wives and hoes and others of various
gangbangers (El Norte, South Boys, Crips, 4th Streeters, etc.) are not
assigned to the same shift.
America is fucked. It allowed the niggers to take over the menial jobs.
And the young niggers today are vastly less educated than they were 40
years ago.

My exposure to this happened in 1979, when an electrical engineer I was
forced to work with on a project involving our memory chips was
completely ignorant about basic physics. He had crammed enough to get a
EE degree, but was ignorant about the most basic of things.
One of his lines was a classic:
"What am alpha particle?"
Now, nearly 30 years later, he would be a colossus of education
compared to the illiterates, the quota hires (checked by EEOC to ensure
that the proper quotas of mud people are hired), and the feckless
gangsta wannabees.

My old employer, Intel Corporation, is busily moving operations to Asia
just as fast as it possibly can. As a shareholder, I salute them for
facing the inevitable, that if Intel is to survive, it cannot be as a
U.S.-centered company. They have to get out of Dodge, and they are.
While many Asians are still poorly trained in basic science ("F = ma
not taught, it not be on test!"), at least operating in Asia means that
taxes are not paid at confiscatory rates to support the American
Socialist Republic of Gimmestan.
Fuck the United States. It began dying when the Roosevelt commies came
to power, and it was already dead when Kennedy and Johnson and the
"Great Society" giveaways accelerated sharply.

Schadenfreude. The immigrants are outbreeding even the liberals and
Jews by a 4-to-1 rate. In two generations, niggers and Mexicans will be
the majority. Whites will be either under arrest for thoughtcrime or
forced to learn Mandarin so as to communicate with the new power blocs
in Asia.
Nothing wrong with America that liquidating 60 million illegal
immigrants, welfare mommas, their worthless children, and other dirt
people would not at least partly fix.

Your story has been repeated numerous times.
It is not the labor that is hired that is the problem.
It is the managment making the brain dead decisions.
The little detail that the management hired inadequate labor, gave
them no training and expected no problems are all reasons to consider
the management mentally ill.
And just like the Republican Administration currently, just because
you wish it to be so doesn't mean it will be.

Well, aren't you just _precious_!
Platitudes about whether we could fight off the niggers in the 'hood.
Personally, I avoid nigger neighborhoods. Nothing of interest to buy,
no reason to enter them, and white people have built highways and
freeways which skirt these darktowns.
Would I survive a firefight in a nigger 'hood? Hard to say. Depends on
how much firepower they directed against me, whether my various illegal
assault weapons would be a match for their "don't ask, don't tell"
weapons their nigger ward captains allow them.
I think ultimately the nigger is extincting himself.

The problem is not with the core genetics of the people, but their
culture and their past education.
We tried to teach basic science and logic and math to semi-educated
immigrants, and failed utterly. Which is not surprising, in retrospect.
Kids who have not learned the basics of science, language, reason,
logic, and math by 10 to 12 will, basically, never get it.
I used to despair of talking to a Filipino operator who didn't
understand even the simplest points about causation, science,
experiment. Everything was "Then you put the devices in the Fail bin,
you understand, Inez?"
Contrast that with the quick-witted Americans I had working for me!
Alas, that was 30 years ago. Today's kids are even more ignorant than
Inez was.
The age of America is coming to an end. At least a billion dirt people
in Africa and other Turd World nations are sinking even faster.
--Tim May
I don't wish to insult anyone so I'd better explain my shorthand.
This issue has to do with technical proficiency and instilling
confidence and credibility.
I'll add a few words to my last sentence...
Natives from the ghetto or the jungle are not educable to the degree
Tim May implied.
...and some detail to my thought...
Education is more than reading a book and regurgitating its contents.
To be educated means that one can interweave complex concepts from
multiple disciplines and derive unique meaning and purpose. But even
that is not enough. One must also be able transmit and receive these
complexities.
Inter-personal communication skills are paramount. One may know a
lot but he must be able to apply what he knows. This usually involves
other people. These skills are used to convey technical ideas
interlaced with cultural and societal nuance that others can understand.
Only the languages of music and mathematics can immediately bypass the
problems inherent in cross-cultural communications. The more complex
the subject at hand the greater the problems of communication become.
It is unrealistic to take *an adult* from a *subsistence society* and
place him in a *foreign culture* with the expectation of educating
him to perform at a *top level*.
Thus I said, "natives from the ghetto or the jungle are not educable."
Studies concerning adapting feral children to human society are
instructive.

Well, the availability of Americans with necessary technical proficiency
and inter-personal communications skills has fallen so low that
engineers and scientists are sought elsewhere, but not in jungles or

I found, as one who interviewed potential candidate for employment by
Intel, that education was waning in the 1980s. I left in '86. Nothing I
have seen since then convinces me that this trend was reversed, nor
even halted.
Those who came of age in the 60s are unable to understand the "reading
be fo' whitey" backlash of the 80s and 90s.
Friends of mine who still work in the chip industry report the not
surprising facts of life: young workers today barely read at the 10th
grade level (the 10th grade of 1970, that is) and cannot understand
straightforward instructions. Doing experiments is of course beyond
them, as they are not even at the 8th grade level of laboratory
procedure.
I have colleagues in the Silicon Valley who prefer to work
long-distance with technicians in China over numbnut dimwits in Silicon
Valley. "No Child Left Behind = Everyone a Dimwit."

The aptly named "feral children" are uneducable.
In my years in the Silicon Valley, we had a large pool of children and
young adults from a region called "East Palo Alto," which was
overwhelmingly negroid for most of the 1950s-70s. Virtually no people
(er, "peeps") from East Palo Alto were employed just a few miles away,
in Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, etc.
(The city has become less negroid in the past decade or so, as Indians
and Asian acquire properties. The previous residents have taken to
callling this purchase process "genocide." Most of us think of it as
"long overdue.")
I recall two negro engineers who worked for Intel, even as several
hundred Taiwanese and Indian engineers also worked for Intel. The two
negroes were let go for cause and then sued Intel for "diskiminashun!!"
grounds, but they eventually lost.
Fact is, the negro has gutterized himself. In the richest land on
Earth, he has gutterized himself, and extincted himself. We might have
thought we needed to exterminate the negro, for his crimes, but he is
doing it to himself.
The accelerating move of the American chip industry to China will
finish the job (and also finish off a lot of dreadlock and jive-ass
white Americans who somehow thought they were white niggers....indeed
they were, niggers).

Many jobs do not require anyone to operate at "top level". Many people
from our society have an enormous problem operating at even a sustainable
level.
As has been stated, the real problem were at the management level.
afterall, who is runnngthe place?
As to language, we have an illiterate italian neighbour who has

Actually I tend to agree *shudder* with Tim on this one.

You can't bullshit your way through science and engineering problems.
You have to know what you're doing. Then you have to communicate

management.

Study says near extinction threatened people 70,00 years ago By
RANDOLPH E. SCHMID, AP Science Writer
Thu Apr 24
Human beings may have had a brush with extinction 70,000 years ago, an
extensive genetic study suggests. The human population at that time
was reduced to small isolated groups in Africa, apparently because of
drought, according to an analysis released Thursday.
The report notes that a separate study by researchers at Stanford
University estimated the number of early humans may have shrunk as low
as 2,000 before numbers began to expand again in the early Stone Age.
"This study illustrates the extraordinary power of genetics to reveal
insights into some of the key events in our species' history," Spencer
Wells, National Geographic Society explorer in residence, said in a
statement. "Tiny bands of early humans, forced apart by harsh
environmental conditions, coming back from the brink to reunite and
populate the world. Truly an epic drama, written in our DNA."
Wells is director of the Genographic Project, launched in 2005 to
study anthropology using genetics. The report was published in the
American Journal of Human Genetics.
Previous studies using mitochondrial DNA — which is passed down
through mothers — have traced modern humans to a single "mitochondrial
Eve," who lived in Africa about 200,000 years ago.
The migrations of humans out of Africa to populate the rest of the
world appear to have begun about 60,000 years ago, but little has been
known about humans between Eve and that dispersal.
The new study looks at the mitochondrial DNA of the Khoi and San
people in South Africa which appear to have diverged from other people
between 90,000 and 150,000 years ago.
The researchers led by Doron Behar of Rambam Medical Center in Haifa,
Israel and Saharon Rosset of IBM T.J. Watson Research Center in
Yorktown Heights, N.Y., and Tel Aviv University concluded that humans
separated into small populations prior to the Stone Age, when they
came back together and began to increase in numbers and spread to
other areas.
Eastern Africa experienced a series of severe droughts between 135,000
and 90,000 years ago and the researchers said this climatological
shift may have contributed to the population changes, dividing into
small, isolated groups which developed independently.
Paleontologist Meave Leakey, a Genographic adviser, commented: "Who
would have thought that as recently as 70,000 years ago, extremes of
climate had reduced our population to such small numbers that we were
on the very edge of extinction."
Today more than 6.6 billion people inhabit the globe, according to the
U.S. Census Bureau.
The research was funded by the National Geographic Society, IBM, the
Waitt Family Foundation, the Seaver Family Foundation, Family Tree DNA
and Arizona Research Labs.

1. The scientific materialists have convinced you that 70,000 years
ago Homo Sapiens, having mutated from ape-like creatures, was
confined to an area known today as Africa.
2. Further you have been led to believe that from this band of
intrepid adventurers all mankind has come.
3. Having made these associations you choose to conclude that
these first humans were Negroes and that all humans today are
part Negro and that anyone who criticizes your beliefs is a
mental dwarf and a racist.
And the evidence for these breathtaking conclusions? Statistical
assumptions based on a DNA analysis of one chromosomal component.
How convenient that the chief victims and welfare beneficiaries of
of western society are suddenly catapulted to a position of superiority.
What do I think of it? I think there are so many holes in the "Out

Nonsense. Management cannot suddenly implant basic knowledge or even
simple English skills into the minds of illiterate peasants who
(ostensibly) have high school diplomas.
The operators I described were, increasingly, unable to follow simple
instructions. They were high school graduates (we did not hire high
school dropouts for any positions save janitorial and loading dock
work) who were not able to read simple specs and procedures and
actually understand them.

Most businesses won't, or can't, hire a special supvervisor to
supervise someone who speaks only Italian, or Xuatacatl or Basque or
whatever. Same reason they won't hire people to translate GUI stuff for
a blind person.

I never said non-English-speaking folks have no job prospects. Making
cat food is one of them. Picking crops is another. Working in ethnic
restaurants yet another.
What I said was the the best jobs, in high tech, are being moved to
countries where educational standards have remained high. And, no, in
China most of the factory workers Intel is now hiring do not speak
English. But they can understand detailed instructions written in
Mandarin. They are literate in Mandarin. Americans with high school
degrees are increasingly illiterate even in their native languages.

This is true even much farther north in El Norte. Mexicans and blacks,
especially those under around 40, treat learning of any kind to be some
kind of "white" thing. Too many articles have appeared on this trend
for me to start citing them here. Basically, Mexican and black kids in
high school are seen as "coconuts" (brown on the outside, white on the
inside), as "Unca Toms," as "race traitors" if they learn the white
man's language, his mathematics, his literature, his science.
I think it's hilarious. The are committing themselves to a lifetime of
either drug dealing or menial work, or prison, or both.

Lol, then why did they hire them?
Time and time again, I've seen and done it myself; taken people that
higher up made similar comments about and showed/trained/explianed to them
how to do something they were considered unsuitable or unable to do.
Most of it came down to communicating with the person and understandig
their concepts to explain it in a meaningful way.
Strabo is quite knowledgeable in politics and some aspects of political
and religious history, but he does not have a clue when delving into the
mysteries of science or economics.
I don't really know if that is a failure of education or ideology. I'm
not sure it really matters.
Dan
1.3 billion, which is more than one billion, thus "billions" <plural>.
> Just FYI, in a few years, there will be more English speakers in China
> than in the USA.
Thanks for supporting the point he was making to the previous poster.
Dan
I've written "simple specs and procedures" professionally. They are
VERY hard to write, and depend far more on the person's knowledge of the
terminology and procedures associated with the process than with their
proficiency in basic English.
It is a common 5-6 grade English exercise to have students write step by
step procedures for simple tasks (like using a drinking fountain), then
act the written procedures out literally for the class. It can be quite
fun and enlightening!
Even disregarding translation problems, how many user manuals can you
follow without bringing a lot of outside experience to the table?
Without more info, we cannot evaluate the prior poster's assertions.
Dan
A fraction of a whole is not its equivalent. Thus 1.3 is not "billions".
It is one billion plus a fraction of a potential billion.
Says who? You?
Pardon me if I do not take your word for it, but rather rely upon more
educated sources. They all say "more than one." 1.3 is more than one,
thus plural, thus requiring the plural form. Note that the plural form
of the "-illion" words is either with or without the "s" suffix, unless
the numerical value is unspecified, whereupon the "-s" suffix is required.
Thus, "Billions" is correct.
Thanks for playing.
Dan
Your educated sources must be pretty stupid then. If you have two
apples, which is greater than one, you don't have billions of apples.
They must sound pretty educated, saying things like 5 billions, ten
billions, one hundred billions. LOL! Look how smart you are! It must
have taken you billions of years to get so smart. :)
>Pardon me if I do not take your word for it, but rather rely upon more

Product of a liberal education system.

That would be 1.3 billions, according to you and your smart people.
And how many Chinese speaking Americans will there be?
Or will we still be playing the "No Republican Left Behind" nonsense?
TMT
LOL..do you think he knew that he was doing just that? ;<)
TMT
Thank deity of choice. Were they not, they might sound like you...
Dan
I guess so, if you say so...
> If you have two
> apples, which is greater than one, you don't have billions of apples.
Did you have a point, besides sounding stupid?
> They must sound pretty educated, saying things like 5 billions, ten

Certainly more educated than you.
> Look how smart you are! It must
> have taken you billions of years to get so smart. :)
Hey, if you say so...
Sad when the uneducated try to make fun of people who have a clue...
Dan
Dan
That is one way to say it...
Sad that you never learned to READ, though you DID learn how to clip out
the relevant parts that SHOW you failed in reading class in high school:
"Note that the plural form of the "-illion" words is either with or
without the "s" suffix, unless the numerical value is unspecified,
whereupon the "-s" suffix is required."
If you had any intelligence, you'd feel like an ass about now.
Dan
Jerry, never (as his other replies to me show).
Dan
I can point you to many links where you would be proven wrong, but
since you didn't learn it correctly in school, it would be a waste of
time. Better if you learn it as a life lesson someday.
Well, no, you can't. I DID learn it correctly in school, in fact, and
have used the knowledge in a long life of writing, both professionally
and amateur (even though it was far from a favorite when in school).
Life lessons learned (and still being learned, unlike you in both respects).
The waste of time is trying to get "Jerry" to admit any fault.
