President Obama gives himself a B-plus grade
Sun Dec 13, 11:43 pm ET
WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama, in an interview that aired
Sunday, gave himself "a good solid B-plus" grade for his first year in
office.
Speaking with fellow Chicagoan Oprah Winfrey, the president claimed
progress on economic and international fronts.
Obama said the only thing that stands in the way of giving himself a
better grade is the fact that some elements of his agenda — health
care reform and putting more Americans to work — remain undone.
"The biggest burden on me right now is that economic growth has
happened, but job growth has not happened," Obama told Winfrey on the
ABC special.
On the plus side, Obama said, "We are on our way out of Iraq." And, he
added, "I think we've got the best possible plan for Afghanistan."

LOL...okay...I give all conservatives who voted for George Bush an A
+...especially you Editor.
If it weren't for them, Obama would not be President.
How does it feel to know that you are responsible for Obama being
President? ;<)

Hell, I would have given myself an "A".

Such as what? Unemployment over 10%? Healthcare plan in the toilet and
being rushed through without anyone really reading it? Cash for Clunkers
being only a marginal success?

Yep and which one does he consider the more important with 84% of the
those on healthcare already happy with what they have.

So was Bush...Obama is still on his schedule.
And, he

We shall see.

Sleep well tonight,
RD (The Sandman)
Let's see if I have this healthcare thingy right. Congress is to pass
a plan written by a committee whose head has said he doesn't understand
it, passed by a Congress that hasn't read it, signed by a president who
hasn't read it, with funding administered by a Treasury chief who didn't
pay his taxes because he didn't understand TurboTax, overseen by an obese
Surgeon General and financed by a country that's nearly broke.
What could possibly go wrong?

Bush was not on the ticket, you moron.
Now find your way to my house to take my stuff, so that I can kick your
ass to a decent school.
Bush wasn't running for President, you retard.
If he was allowed, he would have won!
I think Obama is waiting with giving himself an "A" until he gets to
gun control.
It is coming.
There will be far fewer guns in the hands of irresponsible gun owners.

He's a Socialist, *from that vantage point* a B+ was correct until he
can Socialize our health care... Then he gets a BIG FAT SOCIALIST A+

What planet do you live on?
Bush would have lost even worse than Palin/McCain. Republicans put Obama
into the White House. Had Republicans offered any rational candidate
we'd not have the first black man as president.
You have only yourselves to blame if you do not like Obama.

Again, Bush was NOT running for re-election, you poofter!
Seems like a majority now want Bush back.
LOL...yeah just like it "cost" Obama with the latest elections where
the Republicans were again handed their butts.
I do give you an A+ for winger humor...it is so funny.

Except that Bush wasn't running.

TMT still thinks Bush was running for President against Obamma!
A Socialist, yes, and treasonous. 1) Obama took an oath to uphold
the Constitution and 2) his programs are unconstitutional.
This is also true of 90% of those in Congress and defines their
treasonous behavior. It constitutes an illegitimate federal
government.
Condition your threat however you wish but we know what you really want.
For years you've gone out of your way to make yourself one of the most
despised and disrespected posters on the Net. One can only imagine the
depth of your desperation and pathos.

Bullshit. Obama LOST the white vote 60-40, according to exit polls -
something corroborated by very-recent polls of public approval of
him. As such, he was voted in by virtually-unanimous black vote
voting for him - turning Amerika into an apartheid-style minority-rule
state.
http://www.Internet-Gun-Show.com - your source for hard-to-find stuff!
Hogwash. Obama won the votes of a majority of American voters, and
that's majority-rule.
No more than when apartheid-era South African leaders won the vote of
a majority of the white minority there.
3/4 of Americans are WHITE - and Obama lost their vote by a
landslide. He's as legitimate - or illegitimate - as apartheid-era
South African leaders elected by winning among only a minority race.
The difference you are ignoring is that, unlike in apartheid South
Africa, all Americans get an equal vote, and a majority of them voted
for Obama. No one was disenfranchised.

Nothing you said contradicts the fact of repugnant candidates from the
Republican party causing the win of Obama. Any rational candidate by the
Republicans would have denied the half-black Obama the Presidency of the
United States.
Nor do I care what your opinion is. In fact if you believe otherwise
then all the better. Run Sarah Palin for President in 2012, I'll be
delighted.
Obama's black ?
If you knew anything about presidential elections then you would know
that statement is not true.
You don't think Obama won the popular vote?

That is not what elected him..
and you know it.
Or SHOULD know ..
He had to win in the Electoral College, too. But Obama did win the
popular vote, too.
Palin/McCain lost the popular vote by over 10,000,000 citizens and almost
200 electoral votes. Citizens who couldn't even hold their nose to vote
for Republicans even against a black man.
Obama/Democrats didn't "win" 2008, Republicans elected him/them.
The popular vote has no bearing on if a person is elected to president.
Your stawman of majority rule is dead.
Nope. Obama's election was by a majority vote, disproving the claim of
"an apartheid-style minority-rule," which was the point. Do try to
follow along.
That would be B for Bullshit.
1. Wrong country. We don't have "majority-rule" in the US.
2. ACORN and SEIU 'won the votes'. They rigged the elections in
each 'minority' dominated city.
Over the next few years we'll see a large turnover in politicians and a
lot less federal power. So much so that rigged federal elections
will be less of a problem.
Yet there are still Republicans and Independents and Judges in Office to
see to it that the "Majority" are held to the Constitution.
Sit down and shut up is NOT an OPTION in AMERICA.
Geez. Read the post I was replying to, claiming we had "apartheid-style
minority-rule."
> 2. ACORN and SEIU 'won the votes'. They rigged the elections in

LOL, the last 3 democrats ran on the platform that they would beat Bush.
