Help; phone doesn't ring

I have an IPhone 5 with 6.1 that is jb. I've used it without problem
since the 5 came out. Recently a mute symbol showed up on my taskbar and
the phone quit ringing for incoming calls. It will vibrate. The only app
I've put on phone recently that could affect this is Iblacklist.
The problem survives resets, acts the same in safe mode and I've tried the
following. 1)reinstalling all jb apps that have anything to do with
sound,volume or ringing including apps like iblacklist. No go. 2).
Disabling iblacklist, anyring and RingerX in sbsettings. Restart. No go. 3)
went thru phone and checked every setting in every app a dozen times to see
if a setting was wrong. No go. The vol is turned all the way up on ringtone
setting. It will play ringtones just not when a call shows up.
Any ideas?
