The movie industry objects when people tape music off the radio so the
FCC has banned radio stations from publishing advance program
listings!!!

Does it violate our First Amendment rights? Probably, but at present
there are far more glaring Bill of Rights violations that most Americans
seem to totally ignore!

You'll find out when a radio station takes the FCC to court.

If the movie industry objects that much, then perhaps they should stop "TV
GUide" from publishing the next week's movie listings.

That was my first though too when i heard of this ruling. What about
TV Guide?
