Subject: Need information on Eviction Process and How to fight it
as a tenant.

Hello Netters,

I would like to find out from informed netters about the
eviction process and how to fight (delay) it. Any specific information
on Virginia law will also be appreciated. Although I am trying
to find this information from local library and others sources,
it would be of great help to hear from netters.

In response to my previous posting on "Dispute with Landlord",
I got about six responses. I would like to thank the people who
responded with very useful information.
