A local SPCA is currently dealing with a situation where someone wants to
adopt a dog with a known biting history. The SPCA is on-the-fence about
whether to adopt out the dog or put it down. Does anyone have any legal
advice for them? They want to know the worst possible outcome for a case
such as this if the dog ends up biting someone again.
