What was preventing the person contacted to simply hang up the phone upon
first hearing the demands? I can only conclude that there was a conspiracy
between the caller and the one employee.

The contacted person was also the fiance of the guy charged with the call?
Ms Ogborn was illegally assaulted. Ms. Summers should have been charged
with being an accessory, possibly even rape.

While the company did nothing about warning employees, any person with any
intelligence should know that it is not normal, let alone legal, for one
company employee to strip search another. That act is the definition of
rape.

It seems to me the police did little investigating since no man was
physically involved with the act. If there was, you can bet your ass the
guy would be in jail for a long time.
