Although intended to serve a special purpose, my latest Installment of _kanBARoo court_ contains information useful to anyone who must deal with collection thugs. The legal principles are very simple, but attorneys won't give you this information because it allows you to stop harassment without hiring anyone. And it would put the attorneys providing the advice out on a limb further than they want to go.
