Let's not even discuss her antics during the Duke Univ, lacrosse team
rape case. I'm sure CNN loved the out come in that that one after
vehemently accusing Duke Univ. spokespeople of prematurely siding with
the defendants.
There were also allegations of prosecutorial misconduct leveled at her
during her tenure with the Atlanta Fulton County District Attorneys
office, ranging from evidence hiding, failure to disclose witness
lists, Using falsified information during closing arguments, etc, etc,

for improper conduct when trying cases as an assistant district
attorney in Atlanta, the job she had before going to tv.

(267 Ga. 701) and Bell v. State (263 Ga. 776). The 11th Circuit Court
of Appeals in Atlanta, in a habeas corpus case, stated Grace had
played "fast and loose" with the rules of ethics when she prosecuted
the case in question. Stephens v. Harris, 407 F.3d 1195.
