  If I were counsel for defendant, I would seriously consider removing the &lt;br&gt; case to the regular courts -- with the specific intent of requesting &lt;br&gt; sanctions against the plaintiff. Anything from &#39;vexatious litigant&#39; &lt;br&gt; status, to a counter-suit for costs.
