NSW police empowered to search and seize networks, computers

I read the following article this morning:

But I couldn't find the text of the law or legislation anywhere on the
internet. can anyone point me in the right direction?

It says right in the article that it's a proposed law, not one that
already exists. It also says the searches would be by warrant.
