Pregnancy after thyroidectomy

My aunt is 43 this year and considering having her 1st child. 6 months ago, she
underwent a partial thyroidectomy to control her Graves disease.

If she wants to go ahead, is there anything she should know.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
