The fliers consisted of simple medical studies that disprove vaccine safety
claims by the cdc. On December 16th Breckenridge High School was holding a
free vaccination clinic for all willing students, I signed up on the 14th
and intended to enter the science room to hand out educational fliers. When
I began handing them out I was physically pushed around by my principal,
this didn't stop me from handing out many more fliers to the waiting
students, some of which changed their mind and began to leave the line.
After being threatened with arrest and removal from school property, I went
back to class. When I was dismissed at 1:30 I ran back to the clinic. After
being physical blocked by a public health official I slid under her arm and
began peacefully offering nurses more information. This is when my science
teacher Scott Wermerskirchen Assaulted me by pushing, bumping, grabbing, and
aggressively 'bearhugging' me in an attempt to get my video camera. The
whole altercation was captured on multiple security cameras and seen by over
20 witnesses. The school is refusing to release any video footage, and has
not taken action against this teacher. However, the punishment for handing
out fliers was a 2 day out of school suspension which was issued to me. This
is ludicrous unjust and downright fascist.

The student was suspended for entering a room without permission,
assaulting a person (the public health official - sliding under her arm
means he pushed it out of the way) and disrupting the vaccination by
distracting nurses and spreading lies.
there is definitely freedom of speech. But, that doesn't mean one can
speak everywhere or at any time.

No "simple medical study" *disproves* the safety or efficacy of vaccines.
They may provide *evidence* of lack of safety/efficacy, that needs to be
weighed against the mountain of evidence supporting their safety/efficacy.
Hopefully, this student will stay in school long enough to learn how to
evaluate conflicting evidence. But I doubt it.

Agreed. However, even for some of those who do attend, their critical
thinking skills are so poor that it shocks me that taxpayers are not
revolting.

years old and I personally am pissed off at all the adults that were
supposed to take care of my well being when I was younger. Yet that
didnt happen. I was given vaccine after vaccine and not told once that
it could have adverse affects on my health. Fuck all you sheep. When I
lived with my parents and had ruitine shots every year I was sick all
the time. Since I have been out on my own these past 4 years i havent
been getting sick like I used to. Could be because as soon as I turned
18 I stopped getting vaccinated. Fuck the poisons. As usual with
federally controlled education the goal is not to enlighten the
students. Its to make them follw the every word that our "Leaders"
tell us. Follow these words as though they are the word of God and not
to be questioned. If the schools would teach the benefits of herbal
remedies for staying healthy there would be no need for vaccines. If
the schools would teach what the constitution really says instead of
some watered down bullshit they taught me and your generations then
this country wouldnt be in the situation it is in. Instead our country
is now fucked by the likes of you so called "Wise" adults. Fucked
because so very few of you truly have any clue as to why things run
the way they do. Fucked because so many of my elders are meer sheep
that follow the advise of the main stream media and vote in the people
the media wants to win. The school systems and the system as a whole
in this nation and around the world have bred a population of fucking
zombie sheep. FUCK ALL YOU PEOPLE THAT VOTED FOR OBAMA CAUSE HE WAS
BLACK/DEMOCRAT, Mccain cause he was republican, Hillary cause she was

Coarse it may be, but I will agree with you in the main, excluding your
ranting about vaccines. Your health could have been attributable to many
other things, allergies, products in your home, foods you ate, etc.
In the early days of America Sheep did not have the right to vote. Would
that we could return to that.

It is most likely the student by violation of the terms of being
excused from class to take part in the immunization clinic, violated
the ethical standards, and if the students had prior permission from
parents actually violated the others students parental rights, child
welfare laws, and could be facing criminal charges such as trespass,
assault, and battery, interfering with public health officers and a
host of other state and federal laws.

You can start by reading the Recommendations and Reports from the CDC
that recommend the vaccine. They have many references. And, try pubmed.gov.
