Dear Sir or Madam:

I am inquiring about possibly working for a reputable company. I am
generally friendly towards computers, and am aware of many different horizons
of the computer world. I basically am looking for a position that deals with
computer networks, computer operations, Macintosh software support, and
the like.
I am basically a strong Macintosh guy - I have a thorough knowledge of
Macintosh computers. I know many major software applications, how to
use them, and has the ability to provide assistance. I also know a
majority of Macintosh hardware itself; I have added memory boards,
PMMUs, and miscellaneous hardware. I also provided network assistance
chiefly via LocalTalk, AppleTalk and EtherTalk(net). I've programmed a
little, and still am learing to program in C, PASCAL and assembly
language. I also did some graphics work for the U.S. Navy's Military
Sealift Command and NASA. I designed many brochures, posters, certificates,
presentation slides and bulletin boards.
Not only am I a Macintosh guy, I also am very familiar with UNIX
environment. I am aware of the networks involved (T1, SLIP, Novell)
and know many methods of links (BITnet, Internet, USEnet), many
bulletin boards and on-line services (CompuServe, America Online,
GEnie).
I am willing to work in the following cities: Cleveland, Ohio; Columbus,
Ohio; Washington, D.C.; any city in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania,
Indiana, Illinois, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Delaware and West Virginia.
I will also consider Houston, Dallas, St. Louis, Atlanta, Denver, San DIego,
Kansas City, New Orleans and other major cities.
I will pay all expenses in relocation if necessary.
I will be making a follow-up contact by E-mail or by phone to discuss
further after a reasonable time has passed. Thank you for your time in reading
this.

Sincerely,

Scott A. Steinbrink
