time position for a client in San Diego.

The person should have the following qualifications:

- 15+ years of IT experience
- PMP Preferred
- Architecture and Data Modeling Skills
- Proficiency in Informatics and BI tools (Cognos Preferred)
- Certifications in tools a big plus
