S U M M A R Y
I am a software engineer. I can work alone doing all development
from design concept through final code optimization. In this mode I
can write 500 plus pages of new debugged and optimized software per
2000 hour (standard) work year. I have experience at all levels of
computing : logic design, board design, firmware, system functions,
application interface, and user level applications. Since 1974 I have
written over 4000 pages of software. I can work with less experienced
engineers or software developers to debug or optimize existing
software applications. Depending on the application and maturity of
the code, I can audit over a thousand pages of software per year
reading the source code.
Since 1990 I have been writing software at home, playing computer
strategy games, and reading science fiction. This has generated no
income, and I am now ready to go back to work.

I worked at IBM Austin to develop assembler language instruction
sequences using RTPG and SYSSIM for logic verification of the standard
cell VLSI design for the SJS version of the RS6000 processor. For

Engineer, Lockheed July 1987 - July 1988
I worked in the Shuttle Engineering Simulation lab at Johnson Space
Center. My primary assignment was audit of all vehicle ascent phase
math models and simulation software except flight control software.
This included vehicle mass properties, aerodynamics, engine thrust,
equations of motion, actuators, sensors, and controls. I also wrote
new software (FORTRAN 100 pages) implementing a multi-body dynamics
model for robotic manipulator systems. When required I assisted other
engineers and programmers in analysis/debug of simulation problems.

Public Domain Software for Commodore Amiga Sep. 1986 - Jan. 1993
I worked on my Commodore Amiga 1000 under Amiga DOS and Workbench. The
five disks of C language source code (1400 pages) are available by
request if you have an Amiga computer. I wrote applications for
software development tools, a game, and a music application.
Senior Engineer, Datapoint Dec. 1983 - Aug.1986.
I worked in Datapoint test engineering manufacturing support to
develop an automated test system (DASL > 1000 pages) for dynamic
burn-in of Raven, Phoenix, Tlxap, Mustang, and other products. I also
wrote a configuration control system (CHAIN 200 pages) to automate
software development based on a configuration file. I designed
hardware and wrote firmware (Z80 assembler 400 pages) for a network
interface test fixture and a DLL multi-user processor for

I worked in the Shuttle Engineering Simulation lab at Johnson Space
Center. My primary duties were writing and maintaining software for
