1992 - 1995 46 months - Engineer Superintendent for a ship owner / charterer for sea going ships. Totally in charge of ship repairs to small and medium sized general cargo ships & tankers, hull and machinery - in the Middle East.

a) of oil storage tanks for fuel oil, clean diesel, gasoline, jet A-1 and liquid petroleum gas 142,000 tons total storage capacity.
b) Constructed 6 in. 8 in. 10 in. and 12 in. sub sea pipe lines (a total of 18,000 feet) to discharge medium and large tankers offshore. c) Constructed 2 multi-bouy mooring systems and 1 single point mooring system offshore in the Middle East.

1991 - 1995 Acting Surveyor Lloyds Register of Shipping non-exclusive surveyorÆs office Beirut, Lebanon. Carried out hull and machinery surveys on board passenger & cargo ships and tankers for the Lloyds Register of Shipping
and for various underwriters and other interested parties.

1978 - 1988 Chief Engineer / Technical Manager
For large Fishing company with 22 ocean going mini factory trawlers and two refrigerated cargo ships. Totally in charge of vessel operation, planned maintenance, dry docking, ship refit, special surveys, and general management in West Africa
