October 1994 to November 1999. Morris County Juvenile Detention Center, 460 W. Hanover Avenue, Morris Plains, NJ 07963. Industrial Trade Instructor. Supervisor-Chief Thomas Ramsey (973) 285-2959. Instructed resident population in Industrial Trades such as wood shop, drafting, mechanical drawing, painting, furniture making and finishing and roofing. I also built such items, as computer tables, cabinets and furniture needed in the facility.
October 1993 to October 1994. Morris County Library, 30 E. Hanover Avenue, Whippany, NJ 07981. Exhibition artist. Supervisor Ms.E. Gerber (973) 285-6930. Scheduled, prepared and installed exhibitions for the library. Layout, design, mechanicals and illustration for almost all library projects were also part of my job. Purchasing, maintenance, and framing of a large collection of original and print art were also one of my duties.

I had 2 artists, 1 photographer and one copywriter working for me.
August 1977 to December 1979. American Edelstaal Inc., 1 Atwood Avenue, Tenafly, NJ 07845. Art Director. Supervisor Mr. R. Heinaman (Moved to TX). Produced ads, catalogs and promotional materials for a new hobby metal working machine and an extensive line of industrial machines.
April 1967 to December 1979 The Garcia Corporation, 8 Alfred Avenue, Teaneck, NJ 07666. Art Director. Supervisor Mr. Felton, VP Advertising (retired) I was in charge of producing Ads, catalogs, promotional materials, trade show literature, packaging, and several news stand publications for Garcia’s four Divisions- Fishing Tackle, Ski, Tennis and Sporting Arms. I had 4 artists, 1 photographer, 1 secretary and 1 part time clerk working for me.
July 1964 to April 1967. IT&T Communications Systems Inc. Paramus, NJ 07652 Group Supervisor. Supervisor Mr. E. Shoie. Created art used for proposals to government and industrial users of communications systems such as American Express and MasterCard. Duties- Layout, design, illustration, drafting and typesetting. Supervised 4 artists and 2 draftsmen.
June 1963 to July 1964. IT&T Data and Information Systems Division Inc. Paramus, NJ 07652. Artist. Supervisor Mr. P. Genovisse. Prepared art and drawings for government and industrial communications users.
February 1962 to July 1963. A.B.C. Engraving Corporation, Paterson, NJ. Darkroom Technician and Film Stripper. Preformed all phases of photoengraving.
