Security Analyst
* Able to take on unfamiliar technologies with high learning curves. *
Understanding or willing to learn about emerging application security
solutions. * Intermediate to advanced Active Directory configuration
and management. * Able to solve unique business problems that can't be
solved with traditional technology. * Comprehensive understanding of
network communication and in-depth TCP/IP protocol knowledge. * Solid
understanding of firewall, switching and routing topology. *
Intermediate coding and scripting experience. * Able to function
proficiently at a Linux/Unix command prompt. * Understand the
implications of new information for both current and future problem-
solving and decision making. * Ability to preserve confidentiality and
work with sensitive data. * Excellent written and verbal English
communications skills. * Able to effectively manage time and
prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines. *
Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a
personal computer including Microsoft Office applications. Able to
learn company specific applications. * Able to work and communicate
effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external
contacts.
Education & Work Experience required:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information
Systems. * 5 or more years experience. * Expert knowledge and
utilization of security software.
