EN-767 C4I Software Engineer / Technical Lead - Staff - Honolulu, HI

A client in Honolulu that provides advanced technology solutions to
large commercial, government and military customers is looking to add
a Sr. Software Engineer / Technical Lead to their engineering team to
help lead the development of various software applications within
their C4I Systems and Advanced Technology Solutions business areas.
Duties:
o. Directs the activities of a small team of engineers in the design,
development, integration and testing of software using industry best
practices. Continually looks for ways of improving development
processes.
o. Provides technical leadership on a project. Ensure requirements are
accurately implemented and verified. Contributes to the design of
system architecture, and the development and implementation of the
technical solutions.
o. Develops code and minimize risks on critical components. Helps
ensure integration & testing of development team.
Requirements:
o. 5+ years development experience in C++, C# and/or Java (Required)
o. Experience as a technical lead running design and code reviews and
assisting in providing architectural direction (Required)
o. Team player with good interpersonal/communication skills
(Required)
o. Have or be able to obtain security clearance (Required)
o. BSCS/EE or related degree (Required)
o. Prior experience with C4I systems a major plus.

o. There is no relocation allocated for this job, so local candidates
or those planning on moving back to Hawaii will get first
consideration.
