Advisory Software Engineer

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computing Science or related field, or
equivalent experience * Six (6) plus years experience in software
development or other software related areas * Solid background in
UNIX, AIX * Excellent programming skills in Java/C * Good
understanding of Web technology * Knowledge of HA, DR and Storage a
strong plus * Ability to analyze complex programming problems and
create algorithms and programming solutions * Excellent verbal and
written communication skills with the ability to write design
documentation and prepare technical presentations * Excellent
interpersonal and teamwork skills * Experience as a Team Lead a plus *
Results focused with good time and personal management skills *
Ability to be flexible and handle multiple priorities or focus and
produce in-depth solutions * Strong self-management skills with
ability to show initiative and take responsibility for issue and
problems * Strong learning orientation * Ability to coach and train
others
