Look folks, the old adage of "Buy low, Sell High" is still true every-
where in the world. As a real estate broker working in Arizona and
Mexico I deal with this stuff everday. I think now is the best time
for a smart investor to make their move into Mexico. Even if it was

Mexico is an investors nightmare, the bottom is yet to come, Mexico will
default on the current "loan package".

But the good news is that the socialists (Clinton and Democraps) and
the Closet Socialists (Dole, Gingrich, and too many Repulsicans), the
all-of-a-sudden-stuttering-and-speachless Rush Limbaugh, and other
One World Socialists, Globalists (One World Oligarchists), etc. will
be unable to sell their "don't-worry-let-us-manage-the-world-economy-just-
sign-on-the-dotted-line-don't-worry-about-the-fine-print-it-really-is-just-
free-trade" BS.

The bad news is there's always executive orders and emergency powers to
completely wipe away any delusions of democracy you had.

Why do you think it is a low? A few weeks ago people were on here pounding
out messages "buy the dip!". A couple weeks later they were suddenly talking
about their $30 margin "dip" purchases cratering at $9.

I shudder to think of people putting retirement money into Mexico. Really
bad idea.

Follow the insiders. Those 24-odd new Mexican billionairs who cleaned up
during the speculative binge aren't investing in Mexico. Their money has
gone offshore to more safe environs. Leave it for the gringos to pour
their cash into that Great Black Hole south of the border.
