you could call the local federal penitentiary.that is where you might
end up for "conspiring" to bring down a stock.

Is that the one next door to the one for fraudulently manipulating
"gains" into the "market"?

that is one thing we both agree on. we need a real police agency to make
arrests on ALL illegal manipulations, from the short seller wo lies and
says a penny stock declared banruptcy, to the large brokerage who pumps
money into a company they just "upgraded" then sells all a few days
later after the stock prices has gone up.
