Are you looking at the last 12 months P/E??? The market has changed
considerably since then or are you trying to guess what they will earn in
the next year???
If for very long term, maybe. Wouldn't touch it myself with a 10 foot
2x4. ;-) Guess you haven't heard about sub-prime and there are going to
be fewer homeowners fixing up their homes. Probably not done going down
yet. But then there will be months of going sideways until housing
recovers.

I hear folks bragging about buying forclosed houses at 40% off of their
original sales price. But I think folks buying forclosed houses now are
paying too much. Wait a year and forclosed houses will be even cheaper.
Watch HD but do not buy yet.
