It has come to our attention that GoDaddy Abuse Department has been
responding to users complaints about our listing of their space with
misinformation.
[Godaddy's response] Unfortunately, the issue that caused the AHBL to
list our IP space is based on a personal dispute between site owners,
and is not actually tied to any spam or abuse situation.
This is an outright lie. GoDaddy has had evidence for years that the
user in question is a known spammer and uses abuse, harassment, and
intimidation to conduct his 'business'.

GoDaddy's own Terms Of Service and Acceptable Use Policy as seen here
states that that kind of behavior is against the rules. GoDaddy Abuse
has told us that they "will not enforce their TOS or AUP unless forced
to by law enforcement" (their words, not ours).
It has also been brought to our attention that GoDaddy is willing to
turn a blind eye to spam if clients pay a non-refundable
administration fee for each domain that GoDaddy suspends for abuse.
Claiming to the AHBL that you support all sorts of anti-abuse and anti-
harassment initatives (according to their abuse desk) while having
several open SpamHaus tickets and hosting a known hate site is a tad
bit contradictory, don't you think?
So, contrary to what people are saying otherwise, this listing has
nothing to do with a personal vendetta, but rather a growing trend
that seems to indicate GoDaddy is turning a blind eye to abuse and
