If you want to have your auto torched. Seems that is the national
pastime. They don't even arrest you if you torch your neighbors car
because they don't have the prison space for all the arsons in the
country. USA is number 7 on the list, but your auto is safe.

Sounds like a good test vehicle for termite testing.. I understand that
once you get it lit it will go through the hood and then the motor block
and all.... Melt the dam thing.. into just a puddle.

Somebody abandoned a late-model Lincoln Town car about a
hundred feet from me...it was there for about two months collecting
dozens of warnings and tickets and tire chalk-marks before somebody
finally had it towed away (I'm not sure it was the police because
they obviously have more important things to do, like talk to
lonely loons at three o'clock in the morning).

All I could think every time I saw it was that this was Sharon
Tenenbaum's fantasy car just sitting there for the taking like
a smelly old sofa...

Somebody abandoned a late-model Lincoln Town car about a hundred feet
from me...it was there for about two months collecting dozens of
warnings and tickets and tire chalk-marks before somebody finally had it
towed away (I'm not sure it was the police because they obviously have
more important things to do, like talk to lonely loons at three o'clock
in the morning).
