No wonder he hates the word "straddle". After a day of delivering junk
mail to residents with male dogs, he is ready to kill. I mean who wants
a dog straddling your leg, humping away, while you try to do your job.
A whole new meaning to "knee-jerk" reaction, Reid kicks doggy cojones
all day long..why not continue in m.i.s.?
He should look on the bright side. It's winter..he can wear long pants
on his route for the next few months..no paper towels needed..just tell
the dry cleaner he had a "hard" day.

I was doing some catching up here as you may (or may not) decide to take
the time to do when you return. Maybe I can save you some time by
hitting some highlights plus giving a few time saving tips here. I will
be traveling by the time you return.
Some entertaining posts by the WEiRd One™ since you have been gone, but
this little "postal" interchange was one of the best. Bill appears to
think that he is a paragon of good taste; this after his many mean
spirited egregious comments and the mocking of stroke victims, nursing
home patients, yada yada ... all in his classic vulgar taste compared the
humorous rendition above that mocks only the WEiRd One™ himself. It was
also pretty funny that he asked what your problem was when that very same
question put to him seemed to be something he did not care to discuss.
Whatever his is, it's probably either too hard to pronounce or to spell
anyway... and it REALLY seems to manifest itself when you are around or
he is speaking of you. I think that may be due to him repressing his
trademark hostility when you are away. This cannot be at all good for
him and could cause something akin to mental constipation. He should
face these demons of his head on, IMHO. You do seem to be a very
important part of his life right now and you may even be the key to his
eventual salvation.
An observation:
Bill has many times looked down his nose at not just our
misc.invest.stocks group, but also all things blue collar! This of course
is also in very poor taste and shows that he is lacking any class at all.
Doesn't he know waitresses and repair people, etc. take notice and seek
polite but swift retribution for grave social infractions such as this?
We have all seen this documented and you can be sure Bill has paid for
this "lack of class" many a time all while being oblivious to his
punishments :) Sure it's "snot" nice, but should certainly not come as a
surprise.
Time Stamps:
No problem there captain. None of the regulars has EVER complained and
since Bill is just a dweeb, he has no right to complain (about anything
here). The one post he questioned could be easily explained to anyone
(except Bill), but IMHO you should leave him hanging whenever possible;
it's likely better for his mental well being in the long run and besides
we all know he will never accept an explanation -- and no one else needs
one. (For some real good laughs though, you may want to locate the actual
post he complains of and note that he actually labels this as the open of
your trade showing once again his real state of confusion about things
forex.)
I don't believe anyone here really believes this newcomer to forex
(especially after he indicated that he crapped out in the stock market)
has the properly sized gonads to trade 6 units of anything using 400:1
leverage. Likely not even in the ballpark... although briefly, he
thought them to be enormous (probably using one of those 10X mirrors).
We curiously note that he continues to be careful not to actually say
that he uses 6 units with 400:1 margin (even though he ALWAYS gives the
outcome of his trades in those terms) but I feel sure if he was pressed,
he would protest that that is what he really uses on his "joke trades"
<-- (his words).
Now I am not claiming to be a forex expert by any means and I have even
been called retarded at times, but there seem to be some contradictions
in his claims here, IMHO... do let me know if I missed something here.
In "real life" <-- (his amusing quotes) he says he is a forex position
trader with trades running "for weeks", presumably while he sleeps,
works, etc. When starts his commentary on your trades and his little
"joke" forex trading here to scalp a few points, he seems to continue to
show some very real life confusion about the workings of margin in a
forex account (something that a position trader would have to have a good
handle on) and this after all of your past explanations that would make
this clear to even a 5th grader. He even talks about maybe getting
himself a urine bottle to nurse himself through closely monitoring these
very short duration (relatively speaking) joke trades which he himself
labels as "insane" while remaining constantly at his desk -- while at the
same time he is presumably sleeping during his position trades that run
for weeks! This either proves he thinks everyone here is really really
"retarded" or he's stretching again for the big laughs.
Just for laughs, you may want to re-annualize his numbers at 1 unit with
whatever leverage you feel would best fit him.
Bill indicated that everyone on the Internet is a bunch of liars,
ESPECIALLY the members of misc.invest.stocks, "a friggin junkyard of
discarded human lives". He considers himself a member of this group and
indicated he will do what ever is necessary to fit in to what he
perceives this group to be; he also announced he will be using a new news
group strategy because his "MIS game was off". I think we can all assume
he is now lying like a rug (did he discard his life as well?). He is
also not actually a member in good standing here as he has continued to
shout out vulgar names to both the group and individual esteemed members.
As Martha Stewart would say, "I am sorry Bill, you just don't fit in,
even as group Dweeb". He will of course continue to be a dweeb but he
has been stripped of his title here in MIS.
Some tips to save yourself a whole bunch of time:
1) I believe Bill has shown that we have passed the point where it is of
any special value to bother to take the time read any of his posts,
(especially concerning things about forex, boats, captains, genitals,
etc.) for comprehension (especially those long rambling ones). Just
cruise through them, or even right past them, picking out anything of
entertainment value you can find and skip over the many thousands of
boring words, but do catch the funny transitions to upper case.
Completely ignore the expected future complaints from him about you
needing a course in reading comprehension -- not necessary at all for his
posts. After all, he did indicate that there is no way in hell anyone
will ever know what is going on in his mind.
2) It is also a great time saver to maybe just post some observations
only every 10 to 1,000 of his posts -- as the group has been doing all
along, rather than to waste your time responding to all of his inane
postings.
3) It's probably best to ignore any actual questions he asks of you as he
has already shown many a time that he will in fact never be satisfied
with any answer you may give.

Ill Will Bill is basically mean in spirit.. He has never given a word of
support to anyone that I know of. He shows himself to be uncaring for
the serious plights of others. Some here may rightly wonder (after all
of his trash talk about the infirm) if he perhaps spends some his
entertainment time at the local old folks home laughing at stroke
victims, maybe slightly bumping their arm (when no one is looking) as
they are trying to eat a meal while thinking to himself how much better
he is doing in his pathetic fantasy life. You can almost imagine him
going into an uppercase maniacal BWAHAAAHAAAAAAAAA when he gleefully
exits the building.
not much value add:
Millstox correctly observed that the WEiRd One™ is losing some or much of
his entertainment value and is becoming a little boring. That should be
expected when the dweeb does the same old, same old umpteen times 2. He
did seem to be sort of lost while you are away (and continuously refers
to you as the big fake -- he is a real comedian sometimes -- I think he
really missed having you here). He continued to post his joke trades
while you were away though, he has recommended that no one try these joke
trades in a real account (even he doesn't do that). I am sure no one
has, as his trades all end with "Shhh... the sound of no one caring."
His entertainment value does spike though, on each of your returns from
sea but that will probably wane now that you won't be posting your
straddles here.
deterioration:
His knowledge of Forex will probably improve if he ever gets the balls to
open a real account. We've already have seen his confusion about margin
(he may have a serious LD). He seemed to do much better before December
with his imaginary account when he made something like $600K in a single
trade IIRC. His imagination seems to have deteriorated at an alarming
rate (not sure how to annualize that). His knowledge of usenet seemed to
deteriorate greatly also for awhile when for at least two days he was
thinking it was real time chat and even blamed you for making him miss a
strategic forex play because he was responding to you (so he can still
get the big laughs). For an old hand like him, a sign of non compos
mentis. It is kind of sad.
Your thankless tutelage:
Bill should be on his knees thanking you for mentoring him and his new
interests in forex (since he has failed in all other markets), but
instead he has continued to call you names and gives you a hard time if
you even change your mind about something as inconsequential to him as
another tour of duty as a boat captain. As if he has any right! (..and
after telling you more than once "DO NOT QUIT YOUR DAY JOB" -- funny
stuff). I think it would be hilarious if you would change your mind a
little more often and even though you won't be posting straddles here,
perhaps post a straddle & leave it open just for him the next time you go
to sea and also post that you are leaving a day or two sooner (maybe even
a month sooner) just to see his interesting reactions and to get him to
continue to confront his demons.
This group is mainly about the stock market and our middle name is
INVEST. He has crapped out in the stock market and now he seems to be a
Special Ed candidate for forex trading (Oh, that would make him a
retard). The stock market has already done a flamenco dance across
Bill's forehead before he left the market over a year ago (evidently
after "decades" of futile trying). He has indicated here that he will
not be able to make money there, ever, due to being way too anal, his
casino mentality, eschewing the good hunch (he likely never had one and
they just don't work with slots, so what good are they) and he always
came back to the word trading; always shunned the idea of investing. He
even indicated that the slots were a better choice and that the stock
market was best left only for hobbyists! With his lousy philosophy and
record, he is a BIG loser from the getgo. His viewpoint that all will
lose their retirement nest eggs in the market is very telling of where
he's coming from; the sign of a true loser. Now his mention of his
future thermonuclear strategy for the stock market sounds like the
millstox of several years back... shades of desperation. He's a "fart in
a frying pan" and a mean spirited vulgar guy with no class. We notice
also that he humorously continues to inject the words: surefire, always,
etc. into others' strategy before deriding them because no strategy will
ever work for him due to his failure-honed mind set. His jumping to
feeble-minded conclusions seems to now be his signature forte.
Bill always mentions that this group is his affirmation while
paradoxically he serves as ours. I've been thinking that our old friend
Boob is likely still a regular here (lurking) probably mainly to use the
dweeb as both his affirmation and entertainment -- and all the more power
to him and then he pops up here once again! Boob may appear to have a few
problems, but he has always been a very esteemed member of this group,
relatively speaking. He never showed himself to be mean spirited towards
anyone here (unless perhaps they tried to get him under their blanket to
share popcorn; but hey, that was just a preference thing!) He would have
never started name calling about something like changing your mind or a
damn time stamp. Who knows, Boob may be now playing around with his own
demo forex account, also thanks to you.
Respect, vulgarity, etc.:
Bill craps out again. He has shown no respect for all the many esteemed
members of this group (relatively speaking). He shows himself to be
pretty conversant in vulgar language while complaining when any is thrown
in his direction. He is the one who came to this group time after time
for years denigrating the whole group and many individuals. Duh. What
did the idiot expect? I thought it pretty damn funny that he recently
protested that he came to the group looking for an honest man and got an
FU. He already said we are all liars, so he's a big fat liar saying he's
looking for an honest man here (and he sure earned an FU); we know why he
comes to this group and he certainly deserves much name calling and
disparaging payback for all of the name calling he has done here for
years. He gets a bunch of FUs.
The members of this group seem reticent to engage in name calling with
Bill because of the deleterious effect it may have on his delicate mental
condition -- and I am proud of their restraint. Yet we all know that we
cannot directly help this guy (EVEN in the area of investing). This is
not a mental health group; there aren't any on usenet. He will not seek
the help he needs until he perceives that he has a problem (even though
he has indicated here that his own condition has greatly worsened over
the past decade). To that end I feel it is therefore incumbent upon the
members of M.I.S. to draw him out into confronting his demons and to both
let him know we laugh at him and also from time to time call him a paper
boy or whatever and yes, even engage in some serious name calling to help
him realize that "maybe" he does have a problem. This is the ONLY real
way we can even attempt to help this poor guy. This guy is not going to
go postal and repressing his hostility cannot be good for him. We can
continue to be somewhat judicious in our responses while also continuing
our tradition of "Shhh... the sound of no one caring what he thinks".
If Billy Urn comes across right now as a little grumpier than usual, it's
because he realizes that his new MIS game has really exposed himself as
the biggest liar, the biggest of fakes and the most pathetic weasel to
pop in to MIS in a long time. Don't be surprised if you see him start
pumping stocks here sometime in the future. He has been faking all of
his damn trades out of an imaginary account (not even a fkn demo
account). He is now out of all markets that were available to him except
for the super market... and his imagination is a veritable wreck.
After all of his bitching about your timestamps, he uses the lamest of
excuses for not reporting his fantasies properly. He shows that he
really does need a periodic bitch slapping and his cry baby complaints
about that should be completely ignored.
