number; analyzes the averages for: sales price, total square feet, bedrooms,
bathrooms and the price paid per square foot, and then it creates a custom
"Sales Comps" table. This data is then used by DWMI to calculate the "Total
Value" and "Debt-to-Value" ratios for each property, so you'll know
approximately what the property is worth, and if there is any potential equity
