Mortgage backed securities.
I am interested in investing in mortgage backed securities. But I am a small fish and don't want to buy individual ones. Are there mutual funds or ETF's invested in these? TIA.

Is This a Good Way to Fund My 401(K)?
I am a single, employed person who recently turned 50, making me eligible for catch-up contributions to my 401(K), but my annual income has recently declined, from about $110K to about $90K. I very much want to contribute as much pre-tax money as possible to the 401(K), but the reduction in income has made that exceedingly difficult.... more »

How to deal with this property?
Situation: I currently own a home, which I bought for around 200K a few years ago. I guess it is worth about the same value now. I’ve already paid about 100K so far. However, I am unemployed now. I guess I will not seek another employment for the near term. My partner lives with me for the past years. He is willing to help me with the rest... more »
