Kaiser/cobra health ins. question 
  I'm on the COBRA plan right now with Kaiser Permanente in California. I have a pre-existing condition so I can't lose my insurance. We are getting ready to move to new mexico and from the information I'm getting New mexico has no kaiser plan or facility.
