Article IV Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican
Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;
----------------------------------------
Yet we have millions of illegals entering the ountry every year and all
congress does is encourage it by voting them benefits!!!
Are you drinking again? I hope you're not driving -- you'll have to shoot
yourself.
An invasion requires armed soldiers, not people willing to work at jobs you
wouldn't last twenty minutes doing.
And you can't name a single benefit Congress has voted for illegals.
Of course.
If you stopped them, who would mow your lawns?
You should stay away from the Constitution because you're not bright
enough to discuss it. There is not nothing in the Constitution about
immigration because the Founders did not think that it would ever be a
problem.
The Founders were people who studied philosophy, rhetoric, logic and law
so therefore they used words carefully. When they talked about invasion,
they meant people with guns, led by generals, not migrant workers.

Hey stupid. Who says an invasion must involve official soldiers? And
Congress voted for the EMTALA law which said ERs have to accept illegals.

Says who? An invasion is an invasion, you america-hater.
Why don't you address the issue, hate-boy.?
> Why don't you address the issue, hate-boy.?
What issue? The one where your Mom fucks Donkeys in Mexico... where yer
dad was born?

Which has nothing to do with the type of government that exists.

Sleep well tonight,

Some points to ponder:
Why is it good if a vacuum cleaner really sucks?
Why is the third hand on a clock called the "second hand"?
Why did Kamikaze pilots wear helmets?
Why do we sing "Take me out to the ballgame" when we are already
there?
Between the two of you, you seem to fit the definition of "hate-boy" much
more than he does.

Hey stupid. We have an invasion and the federals are obligated to stop it
and they aren't. Type of govt is not the issue.
You are the one who posted Art IV(4). See where it states "....shall
guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of
government..."? Who posted that? You did. ;)

That's what the word means in this context. Your "invasion" of stoop
laboreres and meat packing plant workers is a metaphorical usage.

So you want doctors to turn away illegal aliens from ERs even if their
medical conditions are emergencies? Doctors wouldn't do that without
EMTALA.
That's right, and a non-invasion, in this case, people illegally crossing
border looking for work in the melon fields, is a non-invasion.

The GOP Platform of 2008 is astonishing for both its nerve and its
mendacity. This is not to mention its ignorance. On page 18 under
"Domestic Disaster Response," you'll find the following: "Americans hit
by disaster must never again feel abandoned by their government." Almost
all its goals could be met by following the rule, "Don't elect George W.
Bush or anyone even remotely like him." To be fair, platforms are not
meant to be taken seriously or even read.
The closest thing I could find that was a "sates rights" plank was on page
17 under "Empowering the States": "Congress must respect the limits imposed
upon it by the Tenth Amendment."
Pretty bold, eh?

Either from his ass or the lefty playbook where they call you vile names when
they are exposed as the frauds that they are.

God, guns and guts made America great.
And Janet Napolitano nervous.
Which should tell you all you need to know about Democrats. How can one
restore America to greatness if greatness makes you uncomfortable?

OK?? I am not a Republican.
Of course. They're illegals, you idiot. They have no rights.
Can you name a few countries that refuse emergency care for illegal
aliens?

So THAT is why doctors here in the USA can't work on yer Mom, after all

Oh, look! An ignoramus calls me an idiot.

Wrong as to the law, but it wasn't a question about rights.
Agreed. Every damn one of them.
