Any illegal with a DUI should be deported immediately. Are we
supposed to let illegals with rap sheets stay just because they claim
to be suicidal??

Feds deport woman to Mexico, activists had rallied
3:06 PM, Jan. 31, 2012 CINCINNATI (WTW) — Federal immigration
authorities have deported a 22-year-old Mexican woman from Ohio over
the objections of activists who feared she could be suicidal.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports (http://cin.ci/yXJHq1 ) that Yanelli
Hernandez was returned to her homeland Tuesday. Immigration and
Customs Enforcement officials said her removal was ordered by an
immigration judge, that she was in the country illegally and was
convicted in Butler County on driving under the influence and forgery
counts.

Supporters warned that she had attempted suicide twice, and
immigration rights activists phoned federal offices this week to urge
that she be allowed to stay.

Amazing how many illegals are caught drunkdriving. If i was in a
country illegally, i'd keep a low profile but mexicans are natural
criminals and always do whatever they wish.

Failing in the MxGov's instructed mission, to obtain US Citizenship
(and thus voting rights in US elections)* and remain absolutely
vigilant of the MxConsulate's bulletins of their approved "counselor"
associations on just who and what to vote for, is fearsome.

* Per, for only one example, its so-called ESL course "Sigame" (Follow
Me [to America]).

That is also called the "Lee Harvey Oswald strategy to the allowed to
remain in the Soviet Union".

Ha! Yeah, right. A 22-year-old Mexican ho criminal, and some
bleeding heart liberal assholes was to keep the bitch because
she might off herself?

The slut is getting booted back to her homeland where she
belongs. Load her up with a dozen or so negroes to keep her
company down there. We got plenty, nobody will miss them.

Liberals are desperate. Even they know it's absurd to let illegal
invaders stay in america so now they're claiming illegals will kill
themselves if we deport them!!!!

Depends on where you deport them to. This brings up a point. Unless the
illegal alien tells you where he's from, how will you know where to deport
him? Lets suppose I want to go and visit my friend in Argentina... Say,
Buenos Aires. Why can't I let myself, "get caught" as an illegfal alien,
tell them that I am from Buenos Aires, and thereby get a free ride there? I
can mail my passport there to a friend in advance so it will be waiting
there for me when its time to come home...

Bill,

No offense, but you are very clueless. What makes you believe that the
US simply flies over a country and parachutes deportees down? Or maybe
a US plane lands in the middle of the night (like the Israeli comandos
in Entebbe) in field near Buenos Aires, leaves the human cargo and
flies off?

(back to reality)

There are lots of phone calls, meetings (maybe in both countries),
etc. to verify that the person is indeed from that country.

A country may simply refuse to accept the deported individuals, there
are international treaties about these issues.

You are incredibly stupid. Illegals can't lie about their home
country. Among other reasons, they need support from their embassy if
they are caught here.

Bill,

Years ago, one of my brothers was appointed to a position in the
Embassy of Venezuela in Madrid. At the time I got a scholarship to
study in the US and was in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. When I called him to
ask him how things were going, he related his first assignment: some
Venezuelan sexual workers were detained by the police for practicing
their profession without a permit. He visited the ladies, made sure
they were treated properly and relayed messages to their relatives
back home.

I was so young, naive and stupid, I was shocked by the story,
specially the part of "practicing their profession without a permit".

And no doubt your brother got a nice bribe from the whores for
treating them so well instead of enforcing the law.
