I have a friend who was awarded Landing Papers about 7-8 years ago but
he went to US instead and he is a citizen there now. He wants to move
to Canada and is looking if there is any opportunity that he can use
the old landing papers to land or he has to apply for new landing
papers, also if these old papers can help to get new ones. Thanks......
